In today’s business environment; most of us are at the mercy of technology to run our business and serve our clients. Without our computers, smart phones, and email we would all be lost. Our company is dependent on all of those things and as such we have become dependent on IT Solution providers to keep us running so that we can serve our clients.
We have several servers, 15 plus workstations in our call center, and an equal number of mobile users in the field. If our server or internal systems were to go down, our mobile workforce would come to a standstill. Clients would stop being services and things would get heated, literally.
Thankfully, that doesn’t happen often due to the service provided to us by Bob Savage and his team at Savage Consulting. They have been maintaining our network, workstations, notebooks, and servers since 2007. Having used several other IT providers in the past, I can assure you that Savage Consulting has provided a higher level of service and our downtime has been minimal.
We are a company that is open 7 days a week, 16 hours a day which leaves little room for maintenance, however Savage has been more than accommodating to work within our schedules to provide the service we need.
