When are you available?
We are available 24/7! Most commonly your issues will occur during working hours, and we are only one call away between the hours of 9 am-6 pm. If an issue occurs outside of that time, it will be deemed an “Emergency Call”.

An issue like hardware failure, device malfunctions, and other things that cannot be fixed virtually with the use of software may have to be fixed in person. But don’t worry, we will help provide the best temporary solution for you and get out in the field to help you as soon as possible!
